Q. From where does my order ship?
A. All orders ship out of our New York City warehouse.

Q. Does MyCostumeWigs.com Ship Internationally?
A. At this time, we only ship to the US and Canada.

Q. How are shipping charges determined?
A. Our rates vary depending on the distance the wigs must travel to reach you, and are determined based on the rates of our carriers (UPS and USPS). Use our Shipping Calculator on the first step of the shopping cart to determine your exact shipping charge.

Q. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
A. Yes, we ship to U.S. military addresses worldwide! All military packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail. To make sure your package is sent correctly, please select the Standard Shipping Method from the shipping drop down in your cart. Please do not select any other shipping option, as these methods will not work for APO/FPO addresses. All orders will ship through USPS to the military post office in about 6-10 business days. Delivery times will vary based on the military location. Our founder's sister has a gift baskets website that also ships to APO/FPO addresses, so we have a lot of combined experience in this area.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. We want happy customers!

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your wig, we do accept returns and exchanges WITHIN 10 DAYS of receipt for UNUSED wigs in saleable condition with tags attached and original packaging intact.

Here are the 3 steps you must take to return or exchange your wig:

1. REQUEST AUTHORIZATION – Send an email to info@mycostumewigs.com and let us know which product you have, and why you want to return it.

IMPORTANT: You must include your first and last name, order number (the number in the subject line of your order confirmation email), and shipping zip code. Returns received without authorization will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We don’t enjoy charging a restocking fee, but if you don’t follow the protocol, you really leave us no choice.

2. Follow the mailing instructions given to you by our customer service representative. Please include your packing slip with your wig.

3. After we receive your returned wig in saleable condition, you will be refunded for the price of the returned product via your original method of payment. It will take approximately 6-10 business days for the funds to reach your account.

Returns of wigs showing signs of wear, or without original tags and packaging (including nets, if applicable) will not be honored.

NOTE: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the return or exchange. My Costume Wigs is not responsible for items lost in transit during the exchange or return process. Collect shipments will be refused.

Shipping charges related to the original order will NOT be refunded.
